With over 20 years of experience in civic engagement, I have witnessed the rise and fall of many groups, seen strengths, weaknesses and their areas of focus. In my 11 years of working for a "political" non-profit, I have also seen and heard from many people around the state on why people engage, why they disengage and their concerns and suggestions that they wished for an organization. I want people to know that they are all important enough to me to know that it is because of my interactions with them that this organization has been created.

In an effort to define the proper legal relationships between the parties operating on federal land and the agencies of the government, I wrote ‘The History of federal lands in the United States’ in 2021 initially to act as a legal jurisdiction guide for myself and the Ten Mile Mining District.
The data in the book has become the centerpiece for the current ‘pushback’ against federal
overreach. The book’s importance wasn’t initially understood but over time it became a rallying point for political operators in the state looking to find the invisible boundaries between state and federal power.

Kaylee York, owner of Ironside Intel is a Navy Veteran with 15+ years in RFP/Grant Writing/Compliance with TVA, DOE, DOS, UPO, and MOH. She is the Business Development Manager for IRE, and works alongside Tom and Ron to advance the mission directives.

Dave Erlanson
Born July 13 , 1953, resided in elk county, Pennsylvania ,where he taught school ,coached football, worked in summer for the USFS . Education: Elk county Christian high school, a B.S from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2003 moved to IDAHO. Retired in 2014 after 45 years in the logging and sawmill industry.
Recently, has been an advocate for restraint of federal power over the states, particularly in Idaho. He has had 2 actions as a pro se litigant in front of the Supreme Court of the United States ,one being acted upon the other denied. Currently in the 9th circuit court of appeals against the USFS and BLM on their unlawful exercise of federal power dealing with the waters located and flowing through my federal mining claims within IDAHO. He is awaiting a decision based on the U.S. V NEW MEXICO CASE -OUTCOME SCOTUS [1978] .
